AIM:
To ensure everyone’s enjoyment of a risk free Show.
Can we put on a safe enjoyable Show? – Yes we can....
The Show has three levels of risk:
- None at all – we will collect entries from your driveway – but read on.
- Same as passing someone in the street maintaining social distance.
- Safer than a visit to Tesco, Co-op or M & S
Timing:
Set-up
Inside - Friday evening
Outside 10 -12 on day
Exhibitors 12 - 2
Judging 2 - 4
Viewing 4 - 5
Clean-up 5 - 6
SD = Social Distance

Summary
Everywhere and everyone will adhere to a ONE WAY SYSTEM and SD, with entry as usual but exit via the emergency exit by the shop.
Tables and chairs have been placed in and outside to facilitate this - everyone including staff will comply.
Show participants will deliver their exhibits to a table outside the hall for staff transfer inside.
Viewing from 4.00pm will be controlled to maintain adequate spacing between families/individuals.
Remember your mask.
You can go round again via the one way system.
We ask you refrain from using the toilet facilities as only one toilet available.
Exhibits can be collected at a prearranged time after the viewing.
There will be no presentations on the day but results will be via email and on the website.

Exhibitors...
There are no fees (although donations are gratefully received in nearby bucket). Please remember that if you have had plants from the Virtual Plant sale, or just appreciated our newsletters now is the time for pay for them.

Please be generous, nothing is going to the society this year, all donations will go to the One Can trust, the local food bank in High Wycombe
First you will complete and send us an Entry form before the day so that we can plan the space required.
- You will be sent a form via email for details, or,
- you can collect from Bocceen Cottage, Woodway, or,
- you can click here to download an Entry form (.docx). (See below if you need a pdf version)
for completion and return to

No Entry forms will be accepted on the day - you must be pre-entered
The Exhibit cards you normally fill in on site will be filled in to bring with you. Download exhibit card
Your exhibitor number will be sent to you following receipt of your entry form
You can still make last minute changes on the day either by handing in a revised exhibit card(s) at reception or via a new email attachment.
On the day you deposit your exhibits on a table outside the hall and the committee will collect and arrange them.
You can return at 4.00pm to view all the exhibits - see Instructions for Viewers.

Safety Compliance

We are obliged to collect contact tracing details of everyone on site - it will help if you hand in details.
No entry without a mask (includes staff). We have disinfectant wipes, hand gel, paper towels, gloves etc.,
